Layouts to share

I’m completely silent for a month and a half and then WHAM! two posts in a day. Since this is supposed to be a scrapbook themed blog, I thought I should share some layouts – this one is of Amy, rock climber extraordinaire (photos by Tom).

Still plodding away at my Southwest Road Trip album – I’m probably jinxing it by saying this, but there’s a certain chance I might actually finish this one. It would be my first completed theme album ever. I’ve never even finished a measly mini album. Anyway, here’s an easy one from the hike we did in Zion:

Observation Point

…and this one is from one of my favorite hikes this year, a trip up to Diptop Gap where we could drool over Mount Daniel and Pea Soup Lake:

Last but not least, here’s Bobby pimping the new special issue from Creating Keepsakes, 101 Expert Solutions for Scrapbooking. It features pages by the 2008 Hall of Famers, the Scrapbooker of the Year, and the Dream Team. Bobby’s verdict? Four paws up!

Great layouts – love the large photos! I have learned to really like the double layout, with a very large focal photo. I am still trying to wrap up all the layouts from DYL… I know it’s over, but I am determined to use each sketch at least once to make sure it sinks in! :)

I stumbled across you and love your style. Keep posting on a regular basis. I so wish I lived where you do. In Southeast Michigan we just have “brown” snow after a day or two.

Hi Ingunn, I am loving your blog! That cute dog of yours reading the scrap mag is too funny!! I love your holiday album, I remember lots of your travel layouts back on the good ol’ simple site, miss it :(. Good luck in finishing your holiday album, I admire your persistence – holiday albums can be very intense! I am also LOVING those yellow ski pants and the story that went with that post. It’s all beach weather here in Sydney. Cutest dog ever…did I mention that already.

You know how much I envy your Northwesterness!!! Every time you blog, I add another hike to my when-we-move-back-to-washington list. :) And the layouts are always easy to look at too.

I hate desert hiking, but I am glad that I can at least hike.
